CUBIC BLOCK TYPE GRAPHITE HEAT EXCHANGERS are available both in vertical as well as horizontal design.

The block-design incorporates one set of axial holes - carrying process media and another set of transverse holes carrying the service media. A number of effectively sealed passes both on process as well as service side can be provided to get optimum fluid velocities to achieve best heat transfer coefficients.

CUBIC BLOCK TYPE HEAT EXCHANGERS are available in different series of construction with standard blocks with heat transfer areas: 0.5 m. sq., 0.75 m. sq., 1.0 m. sq., 1.5 m. sq., 2.0 m.sq., 3.0 m.sq. and 3.5 m. sq. Blocks with higher heat transfer areas can be made available on request.

A number of standard blocks are bolted together to give heat exchangers with wide range of heat transfer areas.

CUBIC BLOCK TYPE HEAT EXCHANGERS find extensive use as condensers and liquid to liquid heat transfer equipments.

The vertical models are ideal for reflux condensation.
